Description of color: SC11 Dubai is a sky blue that changes to a violet when exposed to the sun.

Why do you like the color: I love the double color in 1! Both shades are very different and when I step outside or back inside it’s like a breath of fresh air because I have a different mani. Color changing dip powder is life changing.

Occasion/holiday it’s perfect for: This shade is perfect for a beach trip and vacation…..perhaps to Dubai. In the day you can have a purple mani, but when the sun goes down and your winding down, this blue shimmer will make your night.

What would you pair it with: I’d pair this with MC13 Whirlpool.The blues obviously go together, but the white when it changes will just make my manicure even more exciting than it is.
