We ship with Canadian Post to Canadian destinations. We do our best to ship orders out of our warehouse within three business days. Orders placed during especially busy times (sales and holidays) may take longer to leave the warehouse. Please note we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is printed for fulfillment. Please allow 24-48 hours after you receive tracking information for it to be active. Please allow up to 10 business days for shipment.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We currently cannot ship Acetone or the Removal Kit in Canada. We cannot ship liquids (Pro Base, Activator, Finish Gel, Brush Softener, Gel Thinner, or Polish) to a P.O. Box - please provide a physical address for shipping.
Please note that a shipping label is created when your order is being fulfilled, however the tracking number will only update once your package is actually picked up by the carrier and shipped.
You have up to one hour after placing your order to cancel or make any changes. You can do this directly from your confirmation email, or by going to your "order status" page and cancelling the order.
Delivery - Canada: $12 CAD
Discounted Shipping - Canada: $5.50 CAD
Customers spending over $65 CAD (after discounts and before shipping fees) receive discounted shipping of $5.50 CAD. Customers are responsible for covering any other potential shipping fees incurred.
Powder Perfectionists receive discounted shipping $30 CAD orders and above (after discounts and before shipping fees).
Devoted Dippers receive discounted shipping on $50 CAD orders and above (after discounts and before shipping fees).
Revel Nail offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on most of our products within 1 year of delivery for a full refund of the products purchased. We do not refund the cost of shipping. If you need to return, exchange, or get a replacement for an item, please visit our Start a Return page. All refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment unless otherwise specified. Please note that we only offer store credit for instances of purchasing the same color multiple times, or accidentally ordering the wrong size/item. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
If you have purchased your product directly through Amazon, you will need to contact Amazon to process the refund. All orders placed directly through Amazon will be subject to Amazon's return policy.
Please note: We cannot accept any returns for items that are final sale, this is including, but not limited to: Mystery Box colors, Freebies, and Gift of Revel colors. We have the right to refuse any return.
